All our inventory reports adhere to recognised industry standards and can be tailored to your needs. They include detailed narrative descriptions with high-resolution digital colour photography Our team conducts thorough inspections of the rental property, itemizing fixtures, fittings, contents, and their condition, including any furniture present.

Check In Reports
At Check-In, we can coordinate a meeting with your tenant at the rental property either on or before the commencement of their tenancy. We will review the inventory report with them and secure their signature. Where possible, we take meter readings and can also manage key handover if required.

Our Interim Reports service is designed to benefit both parties and can be scheduled at suitable intervals throughout the tenancy. These reports provide updates on the condition of the property's fixtures and fittings, helping to identify any damages that may arise from faulty equipment or mismanagement of the property.
By addressing potential liabilities early on, both landlords and tenants can take proactive steps to resolve issues before they escalate into costly problems.

At Check-Out, we will visit the rental property at the end of the tenancy, either with or without the tenant present. Our inspection will document any changes in the property's condition compared to the initial inventory report. The Check-Out Report will detail the overall condition and cleanliness of the property, noting any items that are broken, damaged, or missing.
Where possible, we take meter readings, and if the tenant is present, we can handle the return of the property keys on behalf of the agent or landlord. if required.
The completed Check-Out Report will be emailed to the agent or landlord within 48 hours..
